When King-Bruwaert House chose to do a major repositioning that included the addition of 44 new independent living apartment residences and a brand-new healthcare center offering private rooms, they knew they needed a partner who could help preserve their rich traditions. Our initial assessment and research counsel ensured that the correct product was being developed to meet the needs of their prospective residents, while simultaneously reinventing their identity  to reflect their historic yet evolving community.

Strategic Marketing

Conducted an initial assessment and research engagement to help determine the contract type and pricing to be offered with the new independent living apartments

Provide marketing and creative services for a high-end Life Plan Community in a well-known suburb of Chicago, Illinois

Work directly with SAS architects and Cotter Development for configuring and designing the new apartment homes

Establish new direct mail and event strategy to bring interested prospects to the community

Reposition the community messaging to target prospects looking for apartment lifestyle rather than cottage homes which had been the only independent living option for over 30 years

Sales Management

Recruit and train new sales counselor to focus on the new independent living apartments

Work directly with the existing IL and AL salesperson to stay focused on all existing cottage homes and assisted living

Direct the development of new discovery environment and closing tools

Establish weekly and monthly sales reports to track lead nurturing and conversion stats, as well as monitor sales-related activity

Provide weekly on-site sales advisor during the pandemic to increase touch points with prospects interested in the new independent living apartments

Creative services

Comprehensive audit and overhaul of all core marketing communication tools

Blend of messaging to enhance community awareness and to promote expansion

Enhanced presentation tools used for sales of existing inventory

Highly integrated use of direct mail, advertising, web content and virtual meetings

Social media management to elevate awareness and drive traffic to website

Dedicated campaign landing pages to allow audience targeting and lead generation

Immersive website utilizing testimonial videos, photography, and 3D renderings
