When King-Bruwaert House chose to do a major repositioning that included the addition of 44 new independent living apartment residences and a brand-new healthcare center offering private rooms, they knew they needed a partner who could help preserve their rich traditions. Establish weekly and monthly sales reports to track lead nurturing and conversion stats, as well as monitor sales-related activity
Provide weekly on-site sales advisor during the pandemic to increase touch points with prospects interested in the new independent living apartments
