A relationship that spans nearly two decades served as the cornerstone for having us partner with leadership at Mease Manor to launch an expansion project and reposition them in their unique market. The value of our integrated team allowed them to move forward with confidence on a major identity overhaul – now Mease Life – and the development of a marketing and sales plan to sell 137 new independent living residences. Simultaneously, we jumped in to address existing occupancy challenges by reinventing the design of their apartment homes.

Strategic Marketing

Work directly with Perkins Eastman architects for configuring and designing the new independent living apartments

Conducted consumer focus groups in 2020 to identify prospective residents, solidify product demand and preferences for finishes

Provide marketing and creative services to expand and enhance market awareness in the Dunedin, Florida area

Establish new pricing structure for all existing inventory to better reflect the local market and value proposition

Sales Management

Provide pre-sales consulting simultaneously with existing inventory sales management

Recruit and train new Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, as well as other staff

Provide consistent on-site presence from Tandem’s executive leadership to ensure that new marketing processes and procedures work seamlessly together

Collaborate with management to reinvent existing inventory, offering fresh new finishes to assure marketability

Creative services

New corporate identity and brand management tools

Adoption and application of new graphic standards to all printed marketing materials

Enhanced presentation tools used for sales of existing inventory as well as pending campus expansion initiative

Highly integrated use of direct mail, advertising, web content and virtual meetings

Social media management to elevate awareness and drive traffic to website

Dedicated campaign landing pages to allow audience targeting and lead generation

Immersive website utilizing testimonial videos, photography, and 3D renderings

Monthly website reports to track user engagement and profile qualified leads

It has been nearly 20 years since I first worked with the team at Tandem and I am delighted to be working with them again. Mease Manor became Mease Life early in 2020 following a fresh new approach for creative branding by Tandem. Their collaborative leadership and creativity brought forth a new name, logo, tagline and brand that has been embraced by residents, staff and board members.
