Lasting partnership is a phrase we proudly associate with Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury (SVWC). Back in the early 90’s we helped develop a cottage program for their unique community. Since then we have remained closely tied to their team and were invited to help with their newest expansion, The Villas neighborhood, comprised of ten hybrid-apartment homes with a total of 97 residences. Our sales and marketing acumen, paired with the design prowess of our creative services team, is deepening this strategic relationship built for the future.
How we use a multi-disciplinary approach to get results
Conducted an initial assessment and research engagement to help determine the contract type and pricing to be offered with the new independent living apartments
Provide marketing and creative services for a well-established and highly-respected Life Plan Community
Work directly with SFCS Architects and Matthews Development for configuring and designing the new apartment homes
Establish new digital marketing efforts (including a new website and marketing automation) that would attract prospects from outside the primary market area
Provide sales oversight to the established marketing and sales team of over 10 years
Work within existing marketing structure and processes to ensure that existing inventory maintained 95%+ occupancy throughout the pandemic and Villa pre-sales phase
Establish new protocols for nurturing and closing prospects for the new independent living since SVWC has nearly 400 future residents waiting to move to an existing residence at an average wait time of 3+ years
Provide weekly on-site sales advisor to work alongside the existing sales team due to the increased number of prospects interested in the new independent living Villa homes
New corporate identity and brand management tools
Adoption and application of new graphic standards to all printed marketing materials
Enhanced presentation tools used for sales of existing inventory as well as pending campus expansion initiative
