How we use a multi-disciplinary approach to get results
Assist ThriveMore by establishing a new graphic identity and key positioning strategies in each of their four geographic locations
Provide marketing and creative services for all four communities including the launch of new websites and social media accounts
Collaborate to reconfigure existing apartment and cottage inventory, offering better amenities within an open floor plan concept that features higher-end finish selections
Revamp the pricing of entrance fees and monthly fees for the two Life Plan Communities
Provide initial assessment of the sales team and establish coaching/training schedule and new procedures
Recruit and train new sales director for one of the ThiveMore campuses
Direct the development of new discovery environments and closing tools
Establish weekly and monthly sales reports to track lead nurturing and conversion stats, as well as monitor sales-related activity
Develop a marketing and sales events calendar (in-person and virtual) and create the PowerPoint to “tell the ThriveMore Story”
