Michael has over 42 years of experience as a consultant in market feasibility analysis and product development for all sectors of the age 50 and older housing and health care continuum. He directs market feasibility analysis, data analysis, market demographic needs studies, consumer research, model development and technical support for strategic community plans for all types of housing and health care products for the age 50 or older market. Michael is actively involved and has frequently spoken at the national and state level for Argentum, AHCA, LeadingAge and the National Association of Homebuilders and their 50+ Housing Council. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of their Senior Housing Council. Michael also serves on the Board of BLC (Baptist Life Communities) based in northern Kentucky. Michael graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning with a degree in Community Planning.
