Whether leading a brainstorming session, mentoring colleagues, or tackling design challenges hands-on, Tracy believes curiosity, open communication, and teamwork yield the most meaningful results.

For the past 12 years, Tracy has focused on supporting senior living communities, helping them tell their stories and reach their goals with tailored creative solutions. Building lasting relationships and understanding what matters most to clients is central to her approach every day. What motivates Tracy most is seeing ideas come to life alongside talented teams and helping others grow in the process.
